Lower Back Pain Workshop

Do you suffer from low back pain? Join Kathy Terpstra as she teaches you a sequence of stretches targeted to alleviating low back pain. Once you have learned the exercises, it will take you about 12 minutes a day to do the routine. We’ll discuss why your back hurts, what you can do to help yourself at home, what therapies will help and finally the stretching sequence itself. Mats & straps provided. Please wear something comfortable to move in. You will go home with a print out of all the exercises with descriptions.

About the Instructor:
Kathy Terpstra is a Fascial Stretch Therapist and has been teaching fitness for the past 18 years. She has extensive knowledge in human anatomy and body mechanics and brings this specialty to her workshop on Alleviating Low Back Pain. Her studio, Symmetry & Soul, is located just south of Picton and offers services such as small group classes in Yoga & Pilates, personal training, Fascial Stretch therapy, nutritional workshops and infrared sauna treatments.
